Articles of Incorporation
(Drafted for the Chicago Public Schools Alumni PAC)
Article I: Name & Vanguard Status
The name of this corporation shall be the Chicago Public Schools Alumni PAC. It shall serve as the non-partisan political vanguard organizing committee for public school alumni, grassroots educators, and students within the City of Chicago.
Article II: Non-Partisan Mass Line & Purpose
Operating strictly under the Illinois Campaign Disclosure Act and Chicago municipal guidelines, the purpose of this PAC is to support candidates for the non-partisan Chicago Board of Education. We seek to integrate technical academic theory (the PhDs) with practical chalkboard reality (the teachers). Because we reject the bourgeois concept of career political parties, this organization shall remain entirely non-partisan.
Article III: The Principle of Democratic Centralism
To achieve swift, student-first progress without the paralysis of committee gridlock, the PAC shall operate under Democratic Centralism. While ideas are gathered from the masses, the final execution of policy is centralized. The Chairman shall possess absolute, final executive decision-making authority over all operations, endorsements, strategy, and messaging. Individual members shall unconditionally submit to the decisions of the Chairman.
Article IV: Registered Agent & Dissolution
The registered office of the PAC shall be maintained in Chicago, Illinois. Upon dissolution of the corporation, all remaining assets and campaign funds shall, after paying or making provision for the payment of all liabilities, be distributed back to the non-partisan educational community or public charities in strict compliance with Illinois Board of Elections rules.
Bylaws of the PAC
(Subject to the State of Illinois & The Chairman's Will)
Section 1: Supreme Executive Authority
The Chairman of the PAC is the supreme executive director. The Chairman has broad, unilateral leeway to:
- Approve or veto any campaign contributions, donations, and platform endorsements.
- Unilaterally amend, rewrite, or set fire to these bylaws at any time without prior notice or a vote.
- Appoint or summarily dismiss any officers, volunteers, or Discord moderators.
Section 2: Ministerial Treasury
In strict accordance with Illinois campaign finance law, the PAC shall maintain a designated Treasurer. However, the Treasurer's role is purely ministerial. The Treasurer shall dutifully sign off on, file, and execute any financial disbursements, reports, and bank activities as directed by the Chairman. The Chairman holds ultimate signatory authority on all financial accounts.
Section 3: Revolutionary Discipline & Purges
Any PAC member, volunteer, or affiliate who expresses deviationist sentiments, acts on behalf of dark-money interest groups, or fails to uphold student-first vanguard policies shall be considered a counter-revolutionary element. The Chairman reserves the absolute right to purge such individuals from all physical meetups and ban them permanently from the digital Discord server.
Section 4: Amendment of Bylaws
These bylaws may be amended, suspended, or expanded solely by a unilateral decree written in a jelly pen of the Chairman's choosing. No secondary ratification, democratic vote, or bureaucratic consensus is required or permitted.
