We are a dedicated collective of former students, community leaders, and advocates organizing to elect truly progressive representatives to the historic newly elected Chicago School Board. Our mission is built completely around equity, transparent governance, and student-first decision making across every neighborhood district.

A Balanced Leadership Approach

True educational progress requires a coalition of diverse insights, running from deep systemic analysis to practical front-line understanding.

On one hand, we need smart people who actually have PhDs to lead our schools and make choices. Managing a massive, complex urban district demands advanced academic research, rigorous data-driven evaluation, and highly specialized expertise in modern educational policy.

But technical theory is only one side of the coin. We also need teachers who have actually been in the classrooms. No framework can replace the real-world wisdom gained at the chalkboard, managing daily lessons, and supporting our students face-to-face. True policy success lives precisely where top-tier academic expertise meets the day-to-day realities of our classrooms.
